Boudoir photography is one of the most personal and powerful forms of photography I offer. It's vulnerable, emotional, transformative, and yes, it's absolutely beautiful. But beyond the pretty photos and lacy lingerie, boudoir is something much deeper for me.

It’s a space where women rediscover their confidence. A space where they see themselves the way the world sees them, or sometimes, for the very first time.


That’s why I do this work. That’s why it’s so close to my heart.


It’s easy to assume boudoir is just about creating sexy images. And don’t get me wrong, those images are stunning. But what matters more is the feeling behind them. That moment when someone sees their gallery and says, "Wow, I didn’t know I could look like that." Or when a client walks in nervous and unsure, and by the end of the shoot, she's glowing. Boudoir is not about looking like someone else. It’s about owning your beauty as you are. That is what makes it so powerful.


I fell in love and started offering boudoir sessions because I saw what they could do for women. I saw how much we needed a space that wasn’t about perfection but about presence. A space to be bold, to be soft, to feel beautiful for ourselves, not for someone else’s approval. We live in a world that tells women how to look, how to shrink themselves, and how to perform. Boudoir is the opposite of that. It is you taking the lead, claiming your space, and letting yourself be seen in your own light. It gives me chills every time I get to photograph that.


Every woman who walks into my studio brings her story with her. Some are stepping into self-love after a breakup or divorce. Some are celebrating a milestone birthday or a weight loss journey. Some are reclaiming their body after kids. Others just want to do something bold and new, to see themselves outside of the day-to-day roles of mom, wife, coworker, or caregiver. Boudoir holds space for all of it. That’s why I treat each session with the care and attention it deserves. You are not just another shoot on the calendar. You are a woman with history, hopes, fears, and fire. I want to honor that in the images we create together.


The empowerment is real. It’s not just a buzzword. Clients leave sessions taller, stronger, and more connected to themselves. Sometimes they cry. Sometimes they laugh. Sometimes they say nothing and just smile to themselves quietly. Every reaction is valid, and every single one is beautiful. The shift I see in women from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave is one of the biggest reasons I love this work. You come in looking for a photo, but you leave with a reminder of who you are.


This is for you, not for me or for the world. You don’t have to lose weight. You don’t have to buy a certain kind of lingerie. You don’t need to be “photogenic.” You just need to show up as yourself, and let me do the rest. Boudoir isn’t reserved for models. It’s for everyday women. Moms, nurses, teachers, caretakers, creatives, introverts, and survivors. You don’t need a reason to celebrate yourself. You are the reason.


Boudoir photography is emotional for me too. I carry these stories with me. I remember the clients who were nervous to even take off their robe. The ones who hadn’t felt beautiful in years. The ones who wanted to gift this to themselves after heartbreak or healing. This work reminds me of how strong women are. How worthy we are. How many sides we hold all at once. Fierce and gentle. Bold and soft. Confident and scared. Sexy and sacred. I keep showing up because these sessions matter. They matter to my clients, and they matter to me.
